The Nicholasville Police Department will host an Institute of Police Technology and Management FTO training Jan. 24-26, 2023. Cost is $595.00 per participant.

The 20-hour course will use the San Jose Model and features the best practices legally defendable evaluation process. This FTO program model has been successfully defended in Federal Court. We will explain the benefits of using the Field Training and Evaluation Program during employee selection and your specific roles as a field training officer will be presented and discussed.
